Our design team's drawings go directly to our own approvals desk, which submits to Dubai Municipality, DDA free zones or landlord NOC processes as required. Once approved, those same drawings go to our workshop and site crews, so what gets built matches what was approved, not a value-engineered version decided later by a subcontractor trying to protect their margin. Throughout construction you receive weekly photo progress reports against the agreed programme, and at completion we run a joint snagging walk with you before final handover, backed by a twelve-month workmanship warranty across every trade involved.
